Welcome to 2012. On behalf of myself and the staff here at AAMCO Transmissions of Venice, we want to say thank you to our customers for a wonderful year in 2011. We would also like to tell you about our biggest resolution moving into 2012 and that is to give more value.
To our customers, we will give more value in everything that we do. A few ways that we will demonstrate this is by one, increasing our minimum warranty on every service that we do from a current 90 days to a full 12-month unlimited mile warranty on parts and labor.
The second thing that we will do is increase our minimum transmission rebuild warranty from the current 12 months, 12,000 miles to a full three-year, 36,000-mile warranty on parts and labor that is nationwide.
The third thing that we will do is be resolved to always leave a lift open. That way for our customers who can’t call ahead to schedule an appointment will always have a home and a place here at AAMCO to swing in and have their car needs met.
So again, I want to say thank you for a wonderful year in 2011 and we look forward to a wonderful year, even better in 2012 for you, the customer of AAMCO Transmissions of Venice, for our staff and for our vendors. So, thank you again very much and happy New Year. Bye.
